B-Grade: May have small enamel blemishes or dips
C-Grade: Damaged (but still useable for craft projects)! May have chipped plating, or substantial enamel blemishes

If you purchase a B or C Grade pin these are NON-REFUNDABLE. You purchase understanding that your pin will be arriving with minor flaws. A-Grade pins still retain refund rights.
